Delete Your Pixatale Account

You can request deletion of your Pixatale account and all associated personal data at any time. We comply with GDPR, CCPA, and Google Play data deletion requirements.

How to Request Deletion

Send an email to support@pixatale.app
Use the subject line: "Delete My Account"
Send from the email address you used to sign in to Pixatale
You will receive a confirmation email when deletion is complete

What Gets Deleted

Your user account (email, name, profile photo from Google Sign-In)
All child profiles (names, ages, generated Pixar characters)
All generated stories and their illustrations
All generated lullabies and audio files
Voice clone data and voice profiles (if recorded)
App preferences and language settings

Processing Time

Account deletion is processed within 30 days of your request, often much faster (usually within 48 hours). You will receive a confirmation email at the address used for the request once deletion is complete.

What Doesn't Get Deleted

For legal and tax compliance reasons, the following information is retained for a limited time after account deletion:

Anonymized payment records (required by tax law, typically retained 7 years)
Backup database snapshots (auto-purged within 90 days of deletion)
Server logs that contain only anonymized request data (auto-purged within 30 days)

No personally identifiable information (PII) is retained beyond what is legally required.

Third-Party Data

Pixatale uses third-party AI services for content generation. These services process your data ephemerally (in memory only) and do not retain personal data:

Image generation processed via Navy API (xAI/grok-imagine) — data not retained
Voice synthesis processed via Cartesia — data not retained
Voice cloning processed via KIE.AI — voice profile deleted on account deletion
Subscription management handled by RevenueCat — subscription history anonymized
